Shipping and Returns
Delivery times
All our orders are made on request and shipped within one business week from order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, with a maximum of 10 days.
Shipping in Italy
- Shipments throughout the national territory have a fixed cost of €7.50.
- Free shipping for orders of €100 or more.
International shipping
- International shipments (Europe and USA) have a fixed cost of €15, regardless of the order value.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and the transport services used, especially during holiday periods or high demand.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the items.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the aforementioned period by sending an email to info@iaiaperez.it.
The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled due to circumstances attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, result in the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered. Your return will be processed within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods at our central warehouse.
The refund will be made using the same payment method within 14 working days from the acceptance of the return. Once the refund has been made, the technical times for crediting to the credit card or Paypal account depend on your banking circuit.
In the event that the payment for the products was made via a prepaid card or bank transfer, refunds will be made by crediting the card or current account from which the debit was originally made (for bank transfers, we will contact you to provide us with your bank details).
